Port San Antonio is redeveloping the former Kelly Air Force Base. We create the conditions that maintain and grow quality jobs.

The 1,900-acre industrial complex is home to over 70 private and public organizations and approximately 12,000 workers centered in the aerospace, logistics/manufacturing and government/military sectors. The Port has almost 8 million square feet of leased facilities that include hangars, workshops, warehouses, offices, educational/training centers and workforce housing.

An ideal manufacturing platform, the development is contained within a foreign-trade zone (FTZ #80-10) with direct air, rail and highway access. It is halfway between the east and west U.S. coasts, three hours by truck from Gulf of Mexico seaports and at the heart of the NAFTA corridor.

Sites are available for built-to-suit options, including locations with access to the Port’s 11,500-foot runway and direct connections to Union Pacific Railroad and BNSF Railway trains.

With nearly 13 million square feet of buildings, Port San Antonio is a regional real estate leader.
