Kelly Center

At the heart of Port San Antonio are 400 acres that are being transformed into the Kelly Center - a vibrant, high density, mixed use development which will add office, residential, retail, hotel and restaurant options at the Port.

The Center is an integral part of the Port San Antonio's vision to create a livable, pedestrian- and transit-oriented community that is tied into the surrounding neighborhoods. Built to the highest sustainability standards it will make the Port a great place to work, live, learn and play.

Options for investors and developers include Lindbergh Park, a 45-acre site at Kelly Center where up to one million square feet of offices can be developed to meet the needs of military, federal government and vendors who require special secured facilities. Twelve Air Force agency commands have already consolidated 3,000 employees from throughout the country to Port San Antonio.

Kelly Center encompasses about 80 acres of historic properties-including former officer quarters from the 1920's. These will be incorporated into the Center and renovated in compliance with National Historic Preservation standards.

Port San Antonio is engaging its customers, neighbors, local officials, and business leaders as it develops Kelly Center.
