Port San Antonio has expanded it's rail-served property inventory by constructing two new 3,000 foot interchange tracks which are directly connected to the Union Pacific South San Antonio Yard. This new track expands the East Kelly Railport's controlled track to almost 20,000 track feet within the facility. The $1.3 million project was completed in August 2007. This improvement to the property opens additional sites for lease or build to suit.

With initial transloading services provided by RLI and Fiesta Warehouse and Distribution, the East Kelly Railport provides transloading and distribution services.
