Recent and upcoming capital projects

Over half a billion dollars in capital improvements have taken place at the Port in the past 15 years. This includes significant upgrades to former military facilities, new construction and infrastructure upgrades.

Thanks to these capital projects, the Port is now home to nearly 12,000 workers focused in the aerospace, manufacturing, logistics and Department of Defense Sectors. Their employment and related business activity have a regional economic impact of over $4 billion per year.
