SAN ANTONIO—Port San Antonio has been busy at work in recent months as it collaborates with several incoming customers to complete $2 million in finish-outs and space configurations at the office/warehouse complex located on the 900 block of Billy Mitchell Boulevard.
These newest tenants will occupy a combined total of 34,000 square feet accommodating an array of operations. Several firms at the complex support other Port customers, including large aerospace, Department of Defense and logistics operators. Other firms are taking advantage of the site’s location in southwest San Antonio and quick access to area highways to provide their services to other industry sectors in the region.

The five-building complex at the Port was completed in 2009. With a combined 330,000 square feet, it is among the largest Class-A office/flex facilities in southwest San Antonio.
Other customers at the complex include XPO Logistics (formerly New Breed Logistics), which serves the region’s aerospace industry (www.xpologistics.com); Aerospace Products SE, Inc., a leading third-party logistics company (www.apseinc.com); and Interra Energy, a firm that arrived in early 2015 and provides specialized drilling equipment for energy operators on the nearby Eagle Ford Shale play (www.interraenergy.com).
The Port’s own corporate headquarters are also located within the complex. The 32,000 square-foot suite was finished-out in 2009 as the region’s first commercial interior completed to LEED-Gold standards, in recognition of the building’s many energy-saving features.
Spaces ranging from 4,800 to 19,000 square feet are still available at the complex and can be configured and finished-out to meet numerous needs, including as offices, warehouses, workshops and showrooms.
