U.S. Customs - Federal Inspection Services (FIS)

Kelly Field has an on-site, Federal Inspection Services (FIS) facility for clearing international air or rail cargo and agricultural products. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency is the primary authority for assessing and collecting duties, taxes and fees on imported goods. The FIS facility opened in early 2009 and is manned by a U.S. Customs and Agricultural Inspector. Off hours service can be scheduled.

Hours are 8am to 5pm.
