Port San Antonio plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Modernization of AV/UC for conferences rooms at Port San Antonio.

RFP Document can be accessed on or after Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at www.portsanantonio.us/contracting

A mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on September 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Board Conference Room at 907 Billy Mitchell Blvd., Suite 120, San Antonio, Texas 78226.

A mandatory site tour will be held at immediately after the pre-submittal conference. Contractors not able to attend the mandatory pre-submittal conference or site visit will not be able to submit a proposal. 

Inquiries related to this RFP may be submitted electronically to contractinginfo@portsanantonio.us no later than October 16, 2026. Be sure to include the title of this RFP in all communications related to this RFP. 

Interested firms must submit an electronic Proposal no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time), November 2, 2026, to contractinginfo@portsanantonio.us.
