Addendum No. 2 Construction Plans (82MB)

Port San Antonio plans to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) seeking proposals from firms/teams for site clearing and preparation for future taxiway A-1 extension, apron, and consolidated facilities building and auto parking area construction. Site clearing will consist of removal of existing pavement and utilities onsite. Site preparation will consist of mass grading, storm trunk installation, and utility relocation.   

IFB Documents and related plans/specifications may be downloaded on or after 4:00 PM CST, Friday, June 28, 2023 from the Port San Antonio website at:  https://www.portsanantonio.us/consolidated-facilities-site-clearing-project 

Interested firms/teams/individuals may attend one (1) or each of the non-mandatory pre-bid conferences shown below: 

July 11th, 2023 – 10:00 AM CST, Port San Antonio, Board Conference Room 

July 12th, 2023 – 3:00 PM CST, Port San Antonio, Board Conference Room 

July 12th, 2023 – 6:00 PM CST, Port San Antonio, Board Conference Room 

 

Proposals were due prior to 2:00 PM, CT, Friday, August 4, 2023 

The Proposals are now due prior to 2:00 PM, CT, Monday, August 21, 2023 

(This project does require a Public Bid Opening)
