NEW Flex /Warehouse spaces near completion

05-21-2018

Last summer, the Port began construction on a new development to support key industries in the region.

Comprised of two industrial buildings, the 200,000+-square-foot flex/warehouse space is nearing completion at the intersection of 36th Street and Billy Mitchell Boulevard. Similar buildings across 36th Street are approaching full occupancy as various businesses continue to grow there, including cybersecurity, telecommunications, logistics, manufacturing and foreign-trade zone operators.

The upcoming complex, with a combination of office and industrial space options, is particularly attractive to subcontractors and suppliers for existing industries at the Port, which include large aerospace, cybersecurity, Department of Defense, manufacturing and global logistics operations.

This project, which is part of over $150 million in construction activity at the Port, will be ready by this summer!
