Roof Replacement at Building 655

Port San Antonio plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide a roof replacement for Building 655 at Port San Antonio.

RFP Document can be accessed on or after Monday, March 9, 2026 at www.portsanantonio.us/contracting

A pre-submittal conference will be held on March 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Board Conference Room at 907 Billy Mitchell Blvd., Suite 120, San Antonio, Texas 78226.

A mandatory site tour will be held at 9:00 a.m. on March 30, 2026 at Building 655. Attachment 6 – Visitor List Form is due to contractinginfo@portsanantonio.us. no later than March 23, 2026 to be able to attend the mandatory site visit. Failure to submit and receive confirmation by March 23, 2026 will result in Contractors not being able to attend the mandatory site visit.  Contractors will be informed of their inclusion by March 26, 2026.

Contractors must have their company logo on their vehicles to attend. Contractors will be escorted within the space for the use of interior roof access. During the check-in at security, each visitor will be issued a Green badge (temporary day visitor) and must present a current driver’s license or state ID. Responses will not be accepted from prime firms not in attendance at the mandatory site visit.

Interested firms must submit an electronic Proposal no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time), April 20, 2026, to contractinginfo@portsanantonio.us.
