Request for Qualifications
Port San Antonio

Port San Antonio plans to issue a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) seeking Statements of Qualifications from those entities (Respondents) interested in providing Commercial Real estate Brokerage Services at Port San Antonio.  Respondent to provide qualifications for commercial real estate brokerage services for landlord representation of any combination of the following types of properties:  office, industrial, or retail.  

RFQ Documents may be downloaded on or after 4:00 PM CT, March 18, 2024, from the Port San Antonio website at:  https://www.portsanantonio.us/contracting

To arrange a site tour, interested firms or individuals can simply submit a tour request to contractinginfo@portsanantonio.us by 4:00 PM CT, March 22, 2024.  You may schedule site tours for March 25 through 27, 2024.

Inquiries related to this RFQ may be submitted electronically to contractinginfo@portsanantonio.us   no  later  than   4:00 PM CT, April 5, 2024.

Responses to inquiries communicated in writing shall be included in an addendum document and shall be posted to the Port’s website no later than 4:00 PM CT, April 12, 2024.  Respondents are required to consider and acknowledge receipt of all addenda received when responding to this RFQ.

Interested firms must submit Responses to the RFQ in accordance with the instructions outlined therein the RFQ document, no later than 4:00 PM CT, April 29, 2024.
